                  A RESOLUTION DECLARING A MORATORIUM ON 
                  MULTI-FAMILY DWELLINGS, INCLUDING DUPLEXES, ON 
                  BAILEY AVENUE FROM THE 1300 BLOCK TO THE 2000 
                  BLOCK, UNTIL THE CHATTANOOGA-HAMILTON COUNTY 
                  REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION PERFORMS A ZONING

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby declared a 
       moratorium on multi-family dwellings on Bailey Avenue (including 
       duplexes) until the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Planning 
       Commission performs a zoning study, which area is more 
       particularly described as follows:
                    BAILEY AVENUE/HIGHLAND PARK ZONING STUDY
                               LEGAL DESCRIPTION
            
            	 All properties located within the 1300 - 2000 
            blocks of Bailey Avenue in the Highland Park Area.
